Dog Days with Dylan
Dylan walks dogs, boards them, and runs daycare in Cedarvale. He needed a site families could find on Google — and that he could update without waiting on a developer.
The business
Dog Days with Dylan is a one-person operation: walks, play, and overnight stays for neighbourhood dogs. Families need a clear place for services, prices, and a way to call, text, or email. Dylan answers the phone himself.
What they needed
A straightforward site — not a stack of tools — plus a Google Business Profile so local searches could actually find him. Hosting had to be in his name. After launch he still needed someone to keep Google healthy and handle the odd change.
What we did
I built the site so Dylan can change copy and pictures himself. We put it on hosting he owns, set up Google Business the right way (Maps, photos, hours, no public home address), and stayed on for monthly care. The live site is dogdayswithdylan.ca.
Where it stands
The site is live. Dylan can edit it. Local families can find him on Google. I still look after the listing and the small updates so it does not go stale.
